Our Commercial Property Management Services encompass the full spectrum of property management services for commercial (non-residential) properties including office, retail, warehouse, and manufacturing properties. These services include marketing (leasing), lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance and service contracts, income and expense administration, insurance, inspections, maintenance of property records, income and expense reporting, monitoring real estate tax valuations and assessments, and supervision of on-site personnel. The Certified Property ManagerŪ designation is administered by the Institute of Real Estate Management under the  National Association of Realtors. The designation, distinguishes participants in this program from other Real Estate professionals in the field, as having met stringent education and experience requirements.
